- Coordinate and monitor the provision of timely, accurate and relevant damage to departmental road infrastructure property claims made for and against the department.
- Gather information and conduct investigation to ensure effective processing of claims made for and against the department.
- Effectively communicate with district project managers and various stakeholders including QPS, insurers, loss assessors, external customers/clients and other areas of TMR.
- Assist in the management of the district's program of Control Self Assessments and provide advice on all areas of governance for the district.
- Promote and reinforce the need for internal control processes and continuous improvements that support effective business planning, and program/project delivery outcomes.
- Collate, monitor and report on the performance and status of program and project support activities.
