We have a senior position available for an experienced gymnastics coach. This position involves coaching all levels of gymnastics including competitive teams, programming/lesson planning and assisting the Centre Manager. Ongoing professional development is provided.
The Role
This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on coaching and strategic leadership. You’ll play a key part in managing our day-to-day operations, creating innovative programs, and fostering a thriving community space where people of all ages and abilities can connect and grow. This is a senior role and will include program coordinating, coaching recreational classes and competitive teams. All training and support leading into this position will be provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Community Connection – Be the face of our facility! Identify and connect with local groups to bring them into our programs, creating an inclusive space for everyone.
- Program Excellence – Maintain a high standard of program operation, ensuring safety, quality, and an unforgettable experience for all participants.
- Leadership & Coaching – Inspire and support a team of gymnastics coaches. From recruitment to training, you’ll ensure everyone is equipped and excited to deliver excellence.
- Business Growth – Collaborate on strategies to maximise attendance, introduce new programs, and keep our facility bustling with activity.
