Are you an experienced project officer passionate about driving positive change that supports Victorian farmers transition to a lower carbon future? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic project officer to be part of a small, collaborative team to deliver the Carbon Farming Outreach Program in Victoria.
The Project Officer will work collaboratively within a small team to support the coordination and delivery of the Carbon Farming Outreach Program. The role involves working closely with a range of internal and external staff and stakeholders, including Landcare Victoria and Victoria's ten Catchment Management Authorities, to ensure the successful delivery of the program. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with program partners, leading the coordination of reporting, monitoring, evaluation activities and grant management. The role also involves working collaboratively to develop engaging communication and promotional materials to raise awareness and encourage participation in the Program.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of large scale, multi stakeholder projects or programs, including collaborating with others to develop communication and engagement materials, coordinating monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, and providing governance support.
This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
