The ability to build staff capacity to meet program requirements of diverse, place-based teams is of vital importance to this role.
- Relevant formal qualification and experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including report writing and case note writing
- At least 5 years' experience group facilitation of evidence based groups - eg. Tuning into Kids and Circle of Security
- Extensive experience in program planning and evaluation and reporting, including the identification and application of outcome measurement tools.
- Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
