About the Role
As a Project Officer, you will play an important role in supporting disability reform in Queensland. Key responsibilities:
Resolve operational problems and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, processes and systems for effective and efficient administration of departmental services.
Assist in the dissemination of project information to departmental staff and members of the public.
Maintain and enhance administrative systems and processes to maximise the effectiveness of team processes and outputs.
Assist in the preparation of reports, submissions, briefing material and correspondence relating to the project.
Assist in fostering a supportive, equitable, ethical and safe work environment.
Demonstrated skills in PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel and experience coordinating the administrative functions of a busy office are highly desirable.
