About the role:
This role will be responsible for assisting and supporting the delivery of projects that will uplift the maturity of asset management practices of the Department and Health Services across the state. Attention to detail and teamwork underpins success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively. The role supports the planning, development and implementation of processes, systems, tools and reporting to facilitate the delivery of best practice asset management and compliance outcomes.

About you:
- Cooperates and works well with others in pursuit of team goals, collaborates and shares information, with good communication skills, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinates logistical and administrative aspects for the quarterly Communities of Practice (CoP) events with Victorian Public Health services and the Department of Health.
- Demonstrated knowledge of asset management and an understanding of the Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) which sets out the mandatory requirements and best practice asset management recommendations for government agency portfolios. This includes experience in producing, managing and evaluating asset management plans and formulating asset management continuous improvement initiatives to uplift asset management maturity.
- Supports senior officers with administrative aspects in the procurement process.
- Produces concise, easy to read, letters, briefs and reports attending to the detail both in content and the application of the organisation style guide.
