Job Description:
- 7+ years exp as project lead preferable in Banking/Insurance domain
- Managing IT application development, implementation and maintenance projects as well as hands on experience as a software developer, administrator and team lead.
- Handling End to End Project management in agile as well in waterfall models
- Preparing the Project Plan, Project Schedule. Develop and manage the Service Transition Plan and project metrices.
- Managing project Schedule & quality, coordinating resources, timelines, and project activities
- Monitoring and reporting project status, coordinating and participating in project reviews and project evaluations.
- Sprint planning, Solution design, Estimation, Impact Assessment
- System and user requirements analysis
- Program design and development
- Database design and integration
- Software testing and debugging Application deployment and maintenance
- Provision of technical support
- Risk and Issue Management
- Stakeholder Communication
- Conducting the stand-up meetings with the required stakeholders including client PMs
- Working knowledge on Documentum, IBM software applications like IBM WebSphere and DB2 content management, Cloud migration and IT service management.
- Experience working on MS Project, Jira, Git, Jenkins, Remedy Action Request System, Service Now, Smartsheet, Regulus, Clear Quest, Quality Center, Slack, Instana, LogDNA, Netcool Omnibus, Bluemix, Documentum etc
- Experience using IBM products like WebSphere application services, DB2
- Liaise with various teams (development, operations, project management) to ensure alignment of service transition objectives. Ensure the timely delivery of service transitions within agreed timelines.
- Experience working on Migration and Modernization of applications
- Keeping track of production servers and the monitoring jobs
- Create formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Proficient in requirement decomposition to epics, features, user stories, Product backlog creation & grooming
- Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.
- Forecasting Data Migration and Build/Development effort by constructing dashboards
