Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong and Warrnambool.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and efficient Radiologist Services Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this critical role, you will ensure smooth coordination and workflow within our Radiologist division, enabling optimal productivity and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
As the Radiologist Services Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating and distributing Radiologist rosters

  • Managing Radiologist workflows, including exam allocations, reporting, sign-offs, and list distribution

  • Handling Radiologist leave requests and coverage planning

  • Facilitating onboarding of new Radiologists, including system training, Medicare compliance, and accreditation

  • Preparing and submitting timesheets and payroll data for Radiologists

  • Organising Radiologist meetings: agenda planning, venue booking, catering, and minute distribution

  • Acting as the primary liaison between Radiologists and management

  • Being available after-hours for emergency workflow coordination, if required

  • Supporting Radiologist-related functions, projects, and strategic initiatives

  • About You
    We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, professional approach. Ideally, you’ll bring:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-level administration, coordination, or executive support

  • Experience in a healthcare or radiology setting (preferred but not essential)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • High level of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential matters

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities

  • Confidence working under pressure and problem-solving on the go

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with diary/roster management
