Responsibilities:
- Generate your own leads
- Help clients match house designs with land options
- Guide clients through home selection, pricing, and upgrades
- Present and explain floorplans, inclusions, and custom options
- Coordinate with the builder to finalise contracts and site details
- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships
- Promote new home packages in targeted growth areas
- Manage client expectations through Pre-Construction and sales stages
- Represent the builder at meetings or land releases
Territory:
Opportunities available across South East QLD – including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, Moreton Bay, Toowoomba and Scenic Rim.
