We require an additional Receptionist/Administration Assistant to help coordinate the admin/reception of our child- and family-focused psychology practice. We specialise in supporting children and adolescents with disabilities and mental health needs, and require a person to join the team who is super friendly, energetic, organised, and efficient!
In this varied role, you will use your exceptional organisation and coordination skills to see what needs to be done, and do it! This includes duties such as reception, sensitively handling all client enquiries, booking appointments, timetabling clinical staff, resource development and cataloguing, and invoicing. You will be confident and competent in using Microsoft Office including Excel, developing spreadsheets, and creating Word templates. Experience in using Halaxy and Medicare claiming would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity and a good working knowledge of the NDIS would put you ahead of the pack!

- Someone who is committed to be a part of the Clinic team and available to work part-time hours (between Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and who can ideally fill in for our full-time admin person during their absences.
