Align Motion Physio, a new and rapidly growing physiotherapy company in Western Sydney, is seeking receptionist/admin staff to join our team. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual.
Qualifications & Experience
- Receptionist experience in an Allied Health or Medical Practice setting.
- Confident user of Cliniko software.
- Knowledge of Medicare benefits, private health funds, WorkCover/CTP and NDIS.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical administration.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to offer efficiencies in administrative processes.
- Professional, compassionate, warm and caring attitude towards patients.
- Possess resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and possess the ability to multi-task.
- Positive and pro-active attitude.
- Professional presentation.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Perform the day-to-day administration/secretarial tasks.
- General support to Practice Manager and Allied Health Therapists.
- Management of all patient data, appointments, correspondence and accounts using Cliniko.
- Scheduling and management of all patient bookings.
- Report directly to the Practice Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned.
