Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, reliable and organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients. This full-time position is ideal for someone who lives locally and is looking for a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Book meeting and office rooms as required
- Organise and maintain client records (digital and physical)
- Data entry and document preparation
- Support the accounting team with administrative and client coordination tasks
- Maintain tidy reception and shared areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or admin support role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to learn new skills and support various areas of the business
