We're a fast-paced beauty salon located in Sydney, offering high-end nail, lash, and brow services. With a loyal client base and a strong team culture, we’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, thrives under pressure, and can juggle bookings like a pro.
About the Role:
As our front-of-house superstar, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for every client — so we need someone who’s confident, efficient, and genuinely cares about customer experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings via phone, online systems, and walk-ins
- Handling payments and processing transactions
- Upselling retail products and service add-ons
- Assisting with salon admin and supporting our team
- Keeping the front area tidy, stocked, and looking tidy
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Experience in a salon, clinic or customer service role preferred
- Confident using booking systems
- Passion for the beauty industry (bonus if you know your way around nails, lashes or brows!)
- Someone who fits into our down-to-earth, fun, and high-performing team culture
- Bonus points if you have content creation skills or lash/brow knowledge — we love multi-talented queens!
