This traineeship opportunity is perfect for someone ready to launch their admin career while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. You’ll gain hands-on experience, professional mentoring, and become the welcoming face of our business.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients, while supporting the management team with day-to-day admin tasks.
Key Duties
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Manage emails, mail, and deliveries
- Maintain filing systems and tidy reception area
- Assist with general admin support
- Help the management team as needed
- Learn key admin skills through your traineeship
