We are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional who will be responsible for providing and driving contemporary, innovative and practical recruitment solutions to our hiring managers and candidates, supporting them throughout and beyond the recruitment end-to-end process. This is a pivotal role in our team which helps shape the success of a large and complex portfolio, ensuring recruitment processes are seamless, efficient and stakeholder centric.

Our team is large, dynamic and collaborative, working across multiple locations including Liverpool, Bankstown, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Camden and Bowral. As a Business Partner, you will be expected to support your portfolio in person across various locations within our district, ensuring strong localised engagement and impact. Our main hubs are located at Liverpool Hospital, Eastern Campus and Campbelltown Hospital. We also offer flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home up to two days per week (subject to approval).
