About the Role

The Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of our People Services team, supporting the delivery of end-to-end recruitment across the organisation. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role is essential in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. From posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews to managing compliance checks and onboarding processes, you’ll play a central role in keeping our recruitment operations running smoothly helping us attract top talent while continuously improving how we work.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing job postings across internal and external platforms and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and candidate correspondence
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (Expr3ss) and recruitment trackers
  • Support pre-employment checks, reference checks, and onboarding logistics
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and contribute to reporting and data analysis
  • Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and external hiring events
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the optimisation of recruitment workflows
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Provide responsive support and guidance to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Promote inclusive recruitment practices and accessible candidate experiences
  • Serve as a key point of contact for both candidates and external recruitment vendors, managing communication and associated administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
About You
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding support
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Understanding of employment contracts, Awards/Enterprise Agreements, and Fair Work (or willingness to learn)
  • Knowledge of the aged care or health care sector is desirable
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable)

Candidates may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment with the successful candidate requiring current NDIS worker clearance. In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
