Job description:
The Recruitment Officer role is an exciting and crucial opportunity within the Right at Home Brisbane North and South business. Currently the business is experiencing a growth spurt of onboarding new clients, therefor, the focus on continues weekly recruitment of Personal/Disability Support Workers along with completing their compliance documents is critical to our growth. There are a dedicated team to assist with this role, however, we are seeking a Recruitment and Compliance Officer who can work independently.
Below are a number of key duties that will be apart of your daily tasks, but aren’t limited to:
· Posting ads for new team members based on pressure points within rostering
· Phone screening of applicants
· Face-to-face / Zoom / Teams final stage interviews
· Completing credentialing for each appointment onboarded
The role of Recruitment and Compliance Officer is a Full-Time role Monday to Friday, based out of our West End office which overlooks the Brisbane River. Remuneration will be relevant to experience within the Recruitment and Compliance industry.
Location:
The appointed Recruitment and Compliance Officer will be based out of our beautiful West End office overlooking the Brisbane River. You will be within walking distance to some of Brisbane’s best cafes, restaurants and have easy access to public transport.
A successful candidate will have:
· 1+ Years experience within recruitment – recruitment experience within the healthcare industry will be highly regarded
· Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business will also be highly regarded
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
- Very personable and able to build rapport quickly
- Able to multitask with strong organisational skills
- Fantastic phone manners
