About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Officer to support our expanding workforce across multiple sites. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of operational and corporate roles, building strong talent pipelines, and working closely with hiring managers to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer of employment
- Coordinate the recruitment selection process through our applicant tracking system, including advertising, screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Build talent pools for future workforce planning
- Liaise with Hiring Managers to meet talent needs and project timelines
- Support the mobilisation and onboarding processes as required
About You
We’re seeking a driven and proactive recruiter who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment (mining/resources preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team-focused, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience using recruitment platforms and ATS software preferred
