The Recruitment Services team within People, Safety, Culture and Communications provide expert consultation and support to DJCS on all recruitment related matters.
About the Role
Fixed term until 31/12/2026, VPS Grade 3: $79,122 - $96,073 including super.
As a Recruitment Administration Officer, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, helping us identify, attract, and match candidates to rewarding job opportunities.
- Develop job advertisements and advertise on relevant recruitment platforms such as Careers Vic, SEEK and LinkedIn
- Screen applications and schedule interviews
- Conduct telephone interviews and reference checks
- Facilitate face-to-face assessment activities
- Coordinate pre-employment medicals and security clearances
- Produce employment documentation
- Support the onboarding process
- Maintain databases
- General recruitment administration
