About the Role


The Sydney Private Banking team are seeking a Relationship Executive, Growth - Private Bank to join their team on a permanent basis! The successful candidate will be a driven and strategic Relationship Executive, ready to hit the ground running as we gear up for growth in 2026. This role will focus on building a high-quality pipeline by actively sourcing HNW and A+ clients with significant exposures. Initially managing a small portfolio, the Relationship Executive will identify and secure new business opportunities, with successful deals transitioned to other Relationship Executives for long-term management. The ideal candidate will thrive in networking environments, attending key industry events and collaborating across Corporate & Diversified and broader group functions to unlock premium client opportunities.


About you


To be successful in this role, we are looking for a strong candidate who can come in and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should possess a degree, although experience is most valued. They should have a demonstrated aptitude for Banking, Finance, and Industry niches, along with a strong business development background. An understanding of credit, risk, and security is essential, as well as a solid grasp of contracts and documentation. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit energy, initiative, and a proactive approach to selling and relationship management.
