About the Role


A Sydney-based opportunity has become available for an experienced Relationship Executive to join BOQ Specialist, supporting a critical portfolio of health clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions to professionals in the healthcare sector.

As a Relationship Executive (health), you’ll take full ownership of a customer portfolio, focusing on retaining, growing, and attracting profitable relationships with business lending needs. With the support of a dedicated analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding your client base, ensuring each customer receives personalised and expert banking support.

You’ll be expected to meet both financial and non-financial targets, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve engaging with clients, advisors, and industry influencers to deepen relationships and enhance BOQ’s external brand presence. Structuring business lending transactions in line with BOQ’s credit appetite, policies, and procedures will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

In addition to managing your portfolio, you’ll coach and develop your aligned Corporate Analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performing partnership. You’ll also exemplify BOQ Group’s values—Spirited, Optimistic, Curious, Inclusive, Accountable, and Lionhearted—contributing to our purpose of Building Social Capital through Banking. About you


To be successful in this role, we are looking for a strong candidate who can come in and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should possess a degree, although experience is most valued. They should have a demonstrated aptitude for Banking, Finance, and Industry niches, along with a business development background. An understanding of credit, risk, and security is essential, as well as a solid grasp of contracts and documentation. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit energy, initiative, and a proactive approach to selling and relationship management.
