Job Description

As the Senior Manager, End to End Supply Chain Planning, you will oversee full value chain planning of wine bottling, logistics and fulfilment to optimise service, cost and capital, and the management of Wine Operations fulfilment transactions, warehousing and customer service for all channels.
In this newly created position, you’ll lead transformation and operations to enhance and optimise all planning, network, fulfilment, and scheduling activities within Pinnacle.

You'll manage and oversee the following functions:
- Demand planning
- Sales and operations planning
- Service, cost and capital optimisation
- Network optimisation, bottling scheduling and finite scheduling
- Materials requirements planning, purchasing and dry goods inventory management
- Outbound freight and warehousing planning, including for export markets
- Fulfilment for all channels
- Strategic wine supply planning
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
We’re looking for an influential leader who can drive transformation across the full cycle of supply and operations planning and fulfilment; in addition to:
- Minimum 10 years experience in FMCG planning roles across the full scope of activities to be managed; ideally in beverage manufacturing and distribution.
- Demonstrable experience delivering transformational change in planning systems, processes and in establishing a best practice team.
- Benchmark experience and understanding of advanced planning processes and IT systems.
- Formal planning qualification (APICS or equivalent).
