We're seeking a detail oriented and proactive Contracts Coordinator to support our Remote Operations team who play a vital role in supporting service delivery across some of the most important and underserved regions in the state.
What You’ll Be Doing
- In this dynamic and rewarding role, you’ll be the backbone of our contract and financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Draft and develop service provider contracts and supporting documentation.
- Offer practical advice on contract management and dispute resolution.
- Conduct contract research, analysis, and reporting to support decision making
- Maintain and circulate contract records and documentation
- Coordinate contractor communications, including meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Manage the full invoicing cycle from work orders to payments
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (essential)
- Knowledge of contract language and WA contract management law
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- Intermediate skills in contract development and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
