About this role
We are currently seeking a reporting contract liaison to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.
The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, between 8am-5pm from home or our Inner West clinics/offices in Sydney.
With over 250 clinics and 4000 staff, I-MED Radiology is Australia's largest Radiology Network. We provide many services in clinic as well as supporting hospitals with outsourced reporting services to our Radiologists. In this role, you are a vital point of contact between three hospitals in regional NSW, our reporting radiologists, and referrers.
Role Overview:
As a reporting contract liaison, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally as well as directing them appropriately.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assign reporting to radiologists and manage daily workflow.
- Create and maintain records through our RIS (radiology information system) system.
What we're looking for:
✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
✅ Previous administration experience in healthcare or radiology is essential.
✅ An appropriate home-office working space or availability to work from one of our offices in the Inner West region.
