Job Description
What you bring
As Reservations Manager, you’ll be the architect of first impressions - leading a passionate team to deliver seamless booking experiences, maximise revenue, and ensure every guest’s journey begins with confidence and care.
- Lead the reservations team to deliver exceptional service and accurate bookings across all channels
- Manage room inventory, rate strategies, and distribution systems to optimise occupancy and revenue
- Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align strategies and drive performance
- Monitor and respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Train and mentor team members to uphold Sofitel’s luxury standards and Heartist service principles
- Analyse booking trends, prepare reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and data privacy regulations
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of revenue management, distribution systems, and booking platforms (Opera preferred)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
