About the Role:
The Salvation Army, Fundraising Donor Services team, have a 12 month contract for a Revenue Investigation Officer based at our Melbourne head office in Blackburn. This crucial role is responsible for the timely and accurate investigation, processing and matching of donations received by the National Fundraising Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily examination, scrutiny and validation of transactions on all bank accounts connected to Blackbaud CRM
- Process transactions from our Bank Statement to CRM (Blackbaud), Payment Gateway to Bank Statement
- Researching and processing of all donations received online nationally
- Process daily Direct Debit Batches
- Post Blackbaud Files to a General Ledger
- Assisting with the processing of electronic files from internal and external stakeholders
- Investigate and action Disputed Transactions: Fraudulent, Charge Backs, Refunds
- Investigate and prepare “unidentified” banks deposit donations
About you:
- Proficient Data Entry skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify errors
- Prior experience in a business administration environment and/or relevant business qualifications
- Experience in handling and analysing finances and records accurately
- Proficiency with Excel and ability to utilise pivot tables
- Experience working in a team environment
