What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a Revenue Officer to join our Financial Services Team to support our revenue function. You’ll be responsible for collating and entering property and land information and relevant ratings data.
What your day will look like:
- Maintaining rating information and property data
- Investigating new property and land records
- Communicating updated rating information to ratepayers
- Processing change of address or ownership information
- Providing customer services to the public on rating queries

What you’ll need for success:
You’ll have experience working in an administrative or customer service focussed position and will enjoy analysing and maintaining data. You’ll have high attention to detail and will be an organised, process driven person. You’ll have strong customer service skills and will be able to build rapport with the public.
You’ll have:
- A high level of computer literacy
- Proven problem solving skills
- Experience in a role requiring research and investigation
- Ideally an understanding of local government legislation and ratings
