About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Revenue Supervisor Private Practice within our Revenue team.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As a Revenue Supervisor Private Practice, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our private practice, ensuring seamless billing processes and revenue optimisation. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community.

In this role you will support and provide oversight of one or more of the following aspects relating to:

  • private practice administration processes including generation of invoices, generation of claims from Medicare, health funds and other third parties
  • processing of associated doctor and hospital disbursements and funds transfers
  • monitoring and following up outstanding debtors balances across the portfolio, processing of approved debt waivers and write off
  • preparation of associated reports and reconciliations
  • compliance and efficiency reviews
