Network Design and Integration plays a key role in delivering transport priorities by planning and maintaining a strategic pipeline of projects that enable safe, efficient and sustainable outcomes. Within this group, Road Safety Victoria leads policy, strategy and programs that improve road safety outcomes across the state.
About the role
As a Risk & Performance Improvement Analyst (VPS3), you’ll play a key role in supporting compliance, governance and performance monitoring across the Business Operations & Improvement Division. Working in a dynamic and sensitive environment, you’ll contribute to improved processes, policies and reporting that ensure legislative obligations are met and that the branch is operating effectively.

What you’ll bring
You’ll bring analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and provide meaningful insights to inform decision-making. Experience in governance, compliance, or risk management will be highly regarded, along with your ability to support audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong digital literacy and stakeholder engagement skills will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a similar analyst, compliance or governance role (desirable).
- Experience supporting audits, performance monitoring and reporting (desirable).
