We are seeking a Rosters Administrator to provide assistance for our Rosters team.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at South Melbourne in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Operational Resourcing, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
  • Coordinate university requests for clinical placements and maintain appropriate planning schedules, records and processes
  • Coordinate general observer requests and ensure required approvals and endorsements are obtained and shifts allocated appropriately
  • Assist with projects and tasks allocated by the Senior Manager Operational Resourcing
  • Communicate information to Team Managers on scheduled clinical placement and observer shifts in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the broader Resource Planning team as required
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing professional administrative support within a large organisation or department
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of administrative systems
  • Proven experience in using computerised word processing and spread sheeting applications including intermediate computer skills and proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the Internet
  • Effective written communication skills to enable the preparation of accurate and concise correspondence
