Your unique contribution
This is an exciting opportunity for 2 x Sales Coordinators to join our Sydney based team. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager on the delivery of activation plans to the field sales teams.
Engaging with several different stakeholders from Brand teams, Customer Marketing to the Sales teams they coordinate to ensure plans are executed on time, in full. Other duties include coordinating the day-to-day management of the Field Sales teams.

Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the Customer Marketing team with various components of the field activation plans.
Providing administrative support to dedicated Field sales teams
Supporting the Sales Operations Manager with the delivery of all toolkit requirements for the Field Sales teams
Be across all details of the activation calendar and communicating specific information in relation to activity to the Sales Teams
Assisting the Sales Operations team in bringing together the Annual conferences and Quarterly sales meetings s (and State based) events

As well as having a passion for challenge and being fiercely authentic, you will also bring:
Experience in strong administration skills or sales support role
Proven experience using Sales Force or other CRM tools
A positive, customer-focussed, solution focused, can-do attitude
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to confidently prioritise tasks with conflicting deadlines
Resourcefulness paired with a knack for problem-solving
The willingness to learn from a passionate team to kick-start your career in Sales!
