As our Used Vehicles Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting national sales operations by managing key admin processes, coordinating campaigns and events, and helping deliver seamless experiences for dealers and internal teams. This is your chance to be at the centre of activity, contributing to one of Australia’s most trusted automotive brands.
How you’ll make an impact
- Support national sales initiatives through clear communication, structured coordination, and efficient administration.
- Deliver on day-to-day operations such as dealer enquiries, invoicing, reporting, and budget tracking—ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate across teams to help launch tactical sales campaigns, training initiatives, website features and promotional events.
- Act as a key liaison between national departments, regional offices, and dealers—helping to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Coordinate payments, reconcile invoices, and support key reporting activities to drive better decision-making and sales performance.

- Exceptional communicator who builds strong relationships and keeps everyone in the loop.
- Comfortable working with data, budgets, and systems like Excel or SAP (or eager to learn).

- Prior experience in admin, coordination, or stakeholder management is a bonus—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
