We’re looking for a high performing MICE Sales Manager to take ownership of Cleveland Estate’s sales strategy and drive business growth across corporate, conference, wedding, and event segments.
This is your chance to work on site at a property you’ll genuinely love selling, supported by a passionate leadership team and a national network of hospitality professionals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading sales activity across all MICE segments, exceeding revenue targets and building market share
- Developing and delivering a clear sales strategy tailored to Cleveland Estate’s unique offering
- Building strong, long term client relationships and partnerships
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional end to end client experiences
- Representing the brand at industry events and client functions
- Providing insights and reports that inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in hospitality, events or destination venues
- A proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset with an eye for opportunity and detail
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Flexibility to be based at Cleveland Estate with regular travel to our Melbourne CBD Office
