RØDE is on the hunt for a Content & Community Manager who can help foster and develop our social media communities and represent RØDE online as we continue to scale globally.
About you:
- You’re that person in your friend group who’s “chronically online”. IYKYK.
- You can almost hold a conversation exclusively in memes.
- You’re fluent in all things social, speak the creator language and pride yourself on staying across the latest developments in social media and community management.
- You’re organised and have a strong attention to detail.
- You work collaboratively and have excellent communication skills.
- You have a solid background and experience in social scheduling/posting and interpreting data from analytics dashboards.
- Seemingly ordinary words like views, shares, comments, reach, impressions, engagements and hooks are actually pretty exciting to you.
- Calculating engagement rates barely causes you to break a sweat.
- You have a strong interest in audio, film, social media and/or streaming communities.
- You have a great sense of humour and pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and engage with our community across our social platforms. Slide into DM’s. Respond to comments with helpful notes or suggestions. Handle trolls with charm.
- Manage and nurture our vibrant communities on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads and more.
- Schedule, post and edit RØDE content in-app, on-desktop and/or via social dashboards (your preference).
- Be our ears to the ground for customer sentiment and feedback on social media.
- Represent the RØDE brand tone of voice, ethos and values.
- Join the broader Content Team in proactive ideation sessions and back your own content ideas, working with our in-house Content talent to bring them to life.
- Contribute to monthly reporting on channel and content performance, analysing trends or patterns and identifying areas for improvement.
