Description:
What's Involved: Based in our Richmond office, this role is responsible for supporting our State Sales Managers, National Sales Leadership team and a select group of field sales teams through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required, along with office duties. Given the nature of this role, we require a minimum of 4 days in the office, with 5 days required at busy times.

Each day will be different, and you'll be helping us with:

• Support the State Sales Managers and National Sales Leadership Team through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required.
• Provide administration support as required by Field Sales teams.
• Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the State Sales Management team.
• Management of the day-to-day operation of the Richmond office.

Skills and Experiences:

• Sound level of communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Team oriented but also able to work independently.
• PowerPoint, Excel & Word proficiency.
• Developed analytical and problem solving skills.
• Customer focussed.
• Project management skills
• Current drivers licence.

• Coordinating events and tastings and assisting with set up and serving on the day.
• Knowing the support you provide for the sales team helps them achieving their budgets/KPI's.
