Z Protection Services is seeking a driven and professional B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, is confident with outbound communication, and understands how to position high-quality security services to business clients.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact via phone or email, presenting our services, and working to secure long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients across industries including construction, retail, industrial, event management, and hospitality
- Initiate outbound calls and email outreach to decision-makers
- Present Z Protection Services' offerings clearly and persuasively
- Schedule meetings or site visits for senior staff where required
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using our CRM
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed clients
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation (security industry experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident phone manner and ability to engage decision-makers
- Organized and proactive in managing outreach and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
