As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in Melbourne. You will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. With a focus on our professional printing, telco, and IT solutions, you will leverage your expertise to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive value-added sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for professional printing, telco, and IT solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, project managers, and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and solutions.
