About the Group
We operate three highly competitive and scalable business lines focused on servicing Australian enterprises:
AUgrants – A boutique grant consulting firm focused on R&D tax incentives, export grants, manufacturing, recycling, and high-tech industries. We’ve helped thousands of businesses, including ASX-listed companies, manufacturers, tech, and pharma firms. We work exclusively with companies (not individuals), and do not provide accounting services.
ICA – A smart cloud-based platform designed for accounting firms, with ASIC & ATO integration. Features include multilingual company registration, trust setup, free company changes, annual reviews, contract templates, task management, email alerts, and client self-entry forms (WeChat-friendly). Used by hundreds of practices across Australia.
IHR – HR outsourcing services tailored to Chinese-speaking accounting firms in Australia, solving challenges in staffing, cost control, and retention.
Locations:
- 1 in Sydney
- 1 in Melbourne (with some travel to Adelaide, etc.)
- 1 in Brisbane (with some travel to Perth, etc.)
Initial onboarding in Sydney required
Salary:
- $60,000 base + super + performance commission
- Higher base negotiable for experienced candidates
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop sales leads using internal CRM
- Approach potential business clients under the direction of Sales Lead
- Promote the group’s full suite of services across ICA, IHR, and AUgrants
- Build strong client relationships with business owners
Key Requirements:
- Must speak fluent Mandarin and English
- Must have a valid Australian work visa (PR preferred)
- Strong learning skills to explain our products and services accurately
- Comfortable in a performance-oriented environment
- Prior sales or accounting industry experience preferred
- At least 1 year commitment required
