About the Role
Teys Australia is seeking a Sales Support team member to join the fast-paced Sales team based at our Group Support Services (GSS) Office in Eight Mile Plains.
The role will be responsible for supporting the domestic and international sales activities by delivering the sales support, process improvement and automation
The succesful candidate will coordinate a variety of sales activities for the commercial team, as well as participating in the ongoing development of a professional, effective, and responsive support capacity.
Role responsibilities:
- Sales order entries for export and domestic sales, including order changes.
- Order administration including export inventory allocations.
- Complaints, claims and credit limit administration.
- Collaborative customer inventory allocations and communication.
- Assist in the adoption and championing of automation solutions (e.g., Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), new IT operating systems (i.e., Salesforce CRM) across the sales and commercial functions.
About You
It is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
- Demonstrated successful experience in the sales process (documentation, credit management, logistics)
- Personal qualities of drive, enthusiasm, attention to detail and commitment
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Organisational and time management skills
- Proactive focus on process improvement, technology uptake and automation solutions
Desirable:
- Understanding or experience in JD Edwards and Uniworks
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Office package
