About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Customer Enablement Consultant to craft and deliver world-class digital training and onboarding experiences that empower our customers to succeed. You’ll create programs, resources, and experiences that accelerate adoption, deepen product knowledge, and ensure our customers realise measurable value from day one.
You’ll play a pivotal role in the customer experience—shaping how our customers learn, grow, and succeed with our platform. If you love creating impactful digital learning experiences and want to see your work directly improve customer outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
What will keep you busy...
- Design and deliver engaging digital onboarding journeys tailored to different customer segments and roles
- Create interactive learning content, guides, and resources that simplify complex workflows and drive product confidence
- Align training with key product releases and customer success priorities
- Analyse usage and feedback data to continuously improve content effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless learning experience
- Develop scalable programs that enable customers to achieve business outcomes faster
- Lead virtual training sessions and webinars to complement self-paced learning
What we'd love to see from you...
- Experience in customer enablement, onboarding, or digital learning, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience creating and delivering engaging digital learning programs at scale
- Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principles
- Proficiency with eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and video production/editing tools
- Ability to translate complex product features into simple, outcome-focused content
- Data-driven mindset to measure impact and iterate programs
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication and facilitation skills
