Position Overview

The Technical Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping strategic partners with the technical and sales expertise needed to succeed with our solutions. This role collaborates with internal leaders to define and execute enablement strategies, develops hands-on learning experiences—such as shadowing with Professional Services—and serves as a primary resource for partner inquiries and guidance. Success in this role is measured by partner competency, engagement, and technical readiness across the APJ region.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with APJ and global leadership to define and refine partner enablement strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Build and execute comprehensive enablement plans with strategic partners, focusing on technical and (where relevant) sales enablement.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with partner stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for enablement-related matters.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert to partners, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and helping partners navigate company systems, resources, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, Solution Architects, and other teams to coordinate hands-on, experiential enablement activities—including shadowing, joint project involvement, and in-depth workshops—extending beyond standard training.
  • Develop, coordinate, and track enablement activities, ensuring partners are progressing towards certification, deployment, and technical competency goals.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from partners to continuously improve enablement programs and deliverables.
  • Own documentation and communication of best practices, guidelines, and enablement roadmaps for partners.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and report on outcomes to internal stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate enablement sessions, Q&A roundtables, and technical deep dives tailored to the APJ region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, technical enablement, or a related field within technology/SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience working with or in the APJ region, with an understanding of cultural and business nuances.
  • Strong technical acumen: ability to quickly learn and convey complex technical concepts and workflows.
  • Experience delivering both technical and sales enablement programs, preferably for enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Professional Services or delivery/implementation teams a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the APJ region as required.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more major APJ languages is an advantage.
