- Permanent, full-time role, Sydney preferred and hybrid working
- Join our Technology Division and champion a proactive risk mindset!
What’s the role?
You’ll be stepping into a strategic role within our Technology Division, where risk isn’t just managed—it’s embedded into how we think, plan, and build. As part of the Business Control & Monitoring (BCM) team, you’ll champion a proactive risk mindset, helping our Group Business Units CIO team (Finance, HR, CCS, Risk) make smarter, safer decisions.

What do I need?
We’re after a strategic thinker with deep expertise in risk—especially in technology risk, project tech risk, and tech controls. You’ll thrive in complex environments and help embed risk into every stage of delivery. Success in this role looks like:
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, with a focus on IT and tech controls.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive risk-informed decisions.
- Sharp judgement and a proactive approach to identifying and managing emerging risks.
- Experience leading projects and integrating risk into delivery and governance.
- Clear, confident communication that turns complex risk into actionable insights.
