About the program
Each is proud to be the Lead Agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Suicide Prevention (MHAODSP) program, a new initiative delivering comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care across the CCQ region (Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast). Click here to learn more.

The Youth Enhanced Services (YES) Program is a pivotal initiative, delivering personalized care to adolescents aged 12-25 through a combination of comprehensive therapies and multidisciplinary team approaches. It combines in-person and digital interactions, including assertive outreach and home visits, to engage youth. Clinical oversight ensures high-quality service delivery, supported by comprehensive referral strategies to enhance care continuity.

About the role
Are you passionate about making a difference in youth mental health? Each is seeking passionate Senior Mental Health Clinicians to lead and deliver advanced psychological interventions within our YES Program.

You will play a crucial role in providing individual therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT), group treatments, and multidisciplinary team care to young individuals facing severe mental health concerns. You will oversee service delivery, engage with local stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration of care plans using both face-to-face and digital modalities.
