Salary range: $3030.00 to $4453.50 p.f. (HP3, Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
Prison Mental Health Service (PMHS) provides voluntary assessment, treatment and continuity of care for persons in correctional centers who have or may have a mental illness, including diversion of mentally unwell offenders from the criminal justice system as required.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.
For Occupational Therapy the successful applicant must hold a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in Occupational Therapy.
For Psychology the successful applicant must possess a tertiary degree in Psychology (or equivalent) from a recognised tertiary institution and have current registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
For Social Work the successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in Social Work as well as eligibility for full membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
Probation period may apply.
