Advance Support Co. is a registered NDIS service provider specialising in NDIS Support and services including Supported Independent Living (SIL). About the Role
As an NDIS Service Delivery Manager – SIL at Advance Support Co., you will:
- Lead and support a small team of support professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services to participants with complex needs living in our SIL homes.
- Oversee end-to-end case management for all participants within the SIL portfolio.
- Conduct regular visits and audits across SIL homes to ensure compliance with safe work systems and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Director and external stakeholders, families, and care teams to promote continuity of care, improve service outcomes, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and maintain all required documentation (e.g., Service Agreements, Risk Assessments, In-Home Safety Checks, and Care Plans) to ensure compliance and quality across all SIL services.
- Identify areas for service improvement and implement positive change initiatives.
- Support workforce development by building staff capability and embedding safe and effective care models and frameworks.
- Ensure timely and accurate management of restrictive practices, chemical restraints, and incidents via the internal documentation systems.
About You
- You hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., disability, community services) or bring significant skills, knowledge, and experience to the role. Min 3 years.
- You have proven experience in the aged care, disability, or community care sectors.
- You possess a strong understanding of the NDIS, the disability sector, current reforms, and relevant legislation, policies, funding frameworks, and compliance standards.
- You have experience leading diverse teams and a track record of successfully managing operational teams within the disability sector to achieve high-quality service delivery.
- You bring well-developed negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- You collaborate effectively with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
· It is essential that the successful candidate holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, has the legal right to work in Australia, and possesses the relevant qualifications and transcripts (where applicable). You must also be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have the flexibility to work from a home office when not working on site.
