About the Role:
As part of the Web and Digital Production team, there will be opportunities for growth to expand your skills as we also provide web content services, web design, technical development, online course development and digital media services. Responsibilities Include:
Lead the enhancement of our SharePoint Online service offering, with a focus on improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
Plan and define roadmap requirements for SharePoint Online in collaboration with the Product Manager, aligning with client needs and market trends.
Investigate and implement Enterprise Search; ensuring effective indexing of information resources to strengthen search capabilities and drive operational efficiency.
Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Contribute to faster access to information, increased productivity, and improved client satisfaction across the organisation.
Undertake specific or ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Contribute to creating a workplace that embraces diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
About You:
It would be highly desirable to have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in SharePoint Online and on-premises.
Strong background in service delivery management, with experience in enhancing web-based platforms.
Ensure DoE's communication and intranet strategy supports organisational goals by facilitating efficient communication, collaboration, and access to essential information and services.
Have the ability to break down information silos by defining and implementing an intuitive enterprise search functionality that enables users to easily locate and retrieve relevant content.
Proven client engagement skills, enabling you to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Proven experience with a team IT job ticketing system and triaging client requests; experience with ServiceNow a plus.
Adept at planning and defining strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
Collaborative team player, capable of working with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategies.
Results-driven, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, client satisfaction and service delivery.
