About the Role

This is your chance to make a meaningful impact not just manage a facility but lead a home. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional care delivery in a 24/7 operational environment. You’ll guide and empower a committed team across clinical, operations, and business support functions to deliver high-quality, person-centred care where the wellbeing and happiness of residents always come first.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day service excellence.

About You

Your key experience ensuring success in this role will include:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (AHPRA registration highly regarded)
• Proven leadership in a complex operational setting
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Financial management experience and a track record of working within budgets
• Experience implementing regulatory changes in daily practice
• High-level report writing and business case development skills
• A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
