The opportunity to join our team
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to join our Service Management team who can take vision to delivery - fast, smart, and with impact. From day one you’ll be leading projects that matter, owning delivery across the whole lifecycle, and helping us unlock real business value.
This role is for someone who thrives on turning ideas into outcomes, navigating complexity without the red tape, and driving meaningful change across a large enterprise. One day you’ll be scoping and kicking off a new project; the next, you’ll be unblocking a delivery team, guiding stakeholders through tough calls, and making sure ServiceNow is delivering its full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver ServiceNow projects end-to-end - on time, on budget, and with impact
- Stand up new initiatives from scratch: scope, plan, and initiate delivery
- Drive automation, integration, and self-service adoption to improve efficiency
- Maximise out-of-the-box features and best practices for consistency and maintainability
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business units to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders engaged throughout delivery
What you will bring
You’re more than a project manager - you know how to take ownership of delivery, keep things moving, and build trust quickly. You can navigate complexity, and you’ve got the confidence to engage with everyone from developers to executives. Most importantly, you know how to turn ServiceNow into real business value.
- Proven track record delivering complex ServiceNow initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong project management and delivery skills, including frameworks, budgeting, and timelines
- Deep understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes and ServiceNow enablement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - technical and business
- Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and adapt delivery frameworks to real-world needs
- Knowledge of ServiceNow SPM, with industry certifications (ITIL/ServiceNow) highly regarded
