This role could be based in Sydney or Singapore.

The Chief of Staff for Asia SME&C reports to the CVP of Asia SMC and drives key initiatives to support regional growth and AI innovation. Acting as a liaison between leadership and daily operations, this role ensures strategic plans are implemented effectively across Asian markets. The position requires a detail-oriented leader who unites cross-functional teams and aligns operations with organizational goals.

In this role you will architect, develop, and carry out the rhythm of business (ROB), while also driving business strategy initiatives. You’ll execute business plans to ensure continuous operations in both normal and adverse conditions. Partnering with organizational leadership, you will lead strategy execution and oversee alignment across groups, leveraging deep organizational strategy knowledge to design upcoming budgets. You will provide leadership support by ensuring business activities are aligned with their goals, leading multiple workstreams, leveraging key partnerships to drive the leadership agenda, and serving in the absence of the leader as needed.

Additionally, you will drive team culture by getting a pulse on organizational health and leading cultural initiatives, which involves driving training completion rates, identifying team strengths and development areas, and ensuring a healthy compliance scorecard. You will also drive cross-team projects to meet changing business requirements and manage complex business needs, leading project management to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts.
