About the role:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage/oversee social media campaigns across multiple platforms, optimise both paid media and creative assets, and ensure that campaigns are consistently aligned with client goals. You will be responsible for optimising performance, reporting on campaign success, and working closely with internal teams to ensure social media strategies are executed effectively across key brand and product-led campaigns.
Your day to day:
- Follow the team's unified product approach, including methodology, marketing materials, and training standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and technical requirements.
- Oversee your team's social media product delivery, including implementation, output quality, reporting, invoicing, and billing.
- Support and motivate junior team members such as Executives and Assistants.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment with objectives.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, case studies, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, clients, third-party planners, and leadership.
- Demonstrate effective communication and self-awareness, leveraging team strengths and managing weaknesses constructively.

- Tertiary qualified with 3+ years of relevant media experience
